About The Artist
I create my jewelry from my home studio in Lake St. Louis, MO. My passion is found objects & nature; & because of this I needed to learn many different skills to bring each piece to life. I transition from my kiln to bench tools quite often to complete one piece. I start with an object for inspiration & let the piece grow from there. I never have a complete design before I start. Each stage builds upon itself until it's completion.
My mission is to inspire, heal, & value disadvantaged children & their equine counselors through my artwork. I donate a portion of my proceeds to Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch. Kim & Troy Meeder, the founders of the ranch, have dedicated their lives to rescuing horses & helping children. I feel we are all given passion & gifts unique to us as individuals. It is through our life journey that we learn to recognize & use them to their fullest potential. I experience such fullfillment in creating & feel blessed I'm able to do what I love! The thought that my work can touch the lives of those who wear it & also my four legged friends & children in Bend, OR is the greatest joy!
